• Age under 26 years
• Passport style photo
• Applicant over 15 years of age - scan or photograph of the applicant's identity card (ID card or passport)
• Applicant under the age of 15 - scan or photograph of the applicant's identity card (ID card, passport, insurance card or birth certificate) and his/her legal representative’s identity card (ID card or passport)

Plastic card in addition to virtual card issued earlier.

Requirements for issuance:

• Valid virtual ISIC, ISIC SCHOLAR, ITIC or IYTC
• Passport style photo
